If we’ve had the privilege of placing you in a temporary job, we want to welcome you to the AccuStaff family and give you the resources you need to succeed. Our Talent Guidebook contains some basic information about our company, how we work with you, guidelines for success, benefits we offer and how to contact us for various needs. This is a great reference guide to access when questions arise.
Our self-service employee site enables employees to log on and edit their personal information, view pay stubs, access W-2s and other important employment information. When you work for AccuStaff, we put these resources at your fingertips so you always have access to the information you need.
As an AccuStaff employee, entering your time is easy. Just log onto the Bullhorn Peoplenet Time Entry System and enter your work hours for each day. At the end of the week, simply submit your time and your manager will review/approve your hours.
If you haven’t worked with AccuStaff before, we would like to welcome you to our site and answer a few of the most frequently asked questions we hear:
How much does it cost to get a job through AccuStaff?Nothing. All of our fees are paid by AccuStaff clients. There is no cost to you as a job seeker.
What do I need to do to apply?Very little. You must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have the necessary documentation to prove so. You can apply online right from this site. Please have a resume or list of previous jobs and employment dates handy and be prepared to discuss what type of position, location, timeframe and other job details suit your needs.
How do I get paid?AccuStaff is your legal employer of record. As an employee, you will be paid each Friday for hours worked that week and we will make the required deductions for state, local and federal taxes that apply. You have the option of being paid via direct deposit or on a Visa-branded money card which we will supply. Pay rates vary by customer assignment and will be determined by the branch office.
Is this a "permanent" job?AccuStaff offers short and long-term temporary assignments as well as direct-hire placement opportunities with our clients. No job is guaranteed to be forever, but your AccuStaff representative can tell you the estimated duration of the assignment and if there is an opportunity to transition onto the client’s payroll and what would be required. The rest is generally up to you and your job performance, attendance, productivity, etc.
